Now that summer is finally here, it\u2019s time to start thinking about the next heating season. Some things to consider is what kind of payment options would work best for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Here are some of our plans that we offer:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Pre-buy: This is when you buy all your gallons up front to cover your gallons for the heating season at a locked in price. The pre-buy is delivered from October 1-April 30 or the gallons you purchase runs out. Pre-buy customers will be on automatic delivery. Pre-buy customers can\u2019t buy more than a 2-year average of winter usage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Budget plan that fits you: With the rising costs of fuel, we would recommend putting money on your account to build a credit for the upcoming winter. If you are interested in doing that, please contact the office to set up a payment plan that works for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Some things that you need to know:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Icy\/snowy driveways: Our driver\u2019s safety is important to us. We want our drivers to make your delivery if it is safe to do so. We would greatly appreciate it if you could please have your driveways plowed and sanded when needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Update contact information: Having updated contact information helps us serve you better. If you have made any changes, PLEASE call the office. If you prefer to have us e-mail your invoices, we would be happy to do so.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Call Customers: We encourage all our customers to be on automatic. If you choose to be on a call basis, we ask that you please give a 7 days\u2019 notice, so that we can give everyone the best service we can.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Fill pipes: Our insurance strongly recommends having your oil fill pipes piped outside. Having the fill pipes outside is the most efficient way for our drivers to deliver your oil. We would really appreciate it if you don\u2019t have them piped outside, to do so this summer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Tariffs: Any fuel Tariff cost increase will be passed onto the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We would like to say thank you to the customers who shoveled their fill pipes and propane tanks for our drivers this past winter. Our drivers appreciate it. Just as a friendly reminder, our drivers are not responsible for keeping your fill pipes and propane tanks cleaned out. They do have the option to not deliver if it\u2019s not cleaned out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
